Andrew completed his Physiotherapy degree in 1999 at LaTrobe Uni. In his early career he held positions at Royal Melbourne, Royal Darwin and Royal London Hospitals developing a broad knowledge base and appreciation of collaborative teamwork. Outside the hospital setting Andrew maintained a passion for musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and sports medicine which lead him to South Melbourne Physio.

Adele graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctorate of Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University. Since graduating, Adele has been working in private practice, but also has experience in the acute hospital setting, rehabilitation centres, and working with local sporting clubs.

Country girl at heart, Gemma graduated from Charles Sturt University in Albury with first class honours following the completion of her dissertation on Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) in female cyclists. Within this project, Gemma uncovered a concerning lack of awareness and knowledge around this condition, to which she is passionate about changing.
