Yomi graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of
Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in 2019. During his time at university, Yomi has developed his skills through a range of settings including hospital, private practice, sports clubs and emergency
departments. His experience includes acute injury management, post-
operative rehabilitation and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal,
cardiovascular and neurological conditions.

Yomi has a keen interest in sports and has developed his physiotherapy skills through his work with local Australian football clubs, soccer teams,
ice hockey teams and tennis players. Having played both cricket and tennis at a state level, Yomi has seen and experienced many common
injuries and he is able to incorporate his personal experience into his practice. His experience has developed his skills in prevention, treatment and optimisation of sporting injuries.

Yomi uses a variety of treatment techniques including exercise-based
rehabilitation and manual therapy across a variety of conditions. He follows an active approach to rehabilitation and enjoys working together with clients to achieve their specific goals. With his experience treating
injuries and managing injuries himself, Yomi not only wants clients to return to their previous level of function quickly but surpass them so that they can go back to doing what they love.

Outside of work, Yomi likes to maintain an active lifestyle. In his spare time he enjoys Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting in addition to playing tennis and cricket competitively. He enjoys travelling with friends,
making music and exploring Melbourne’s food culture.

Andrew completed his Physiotherapy degree in 1999 at LaTrobe Uni. In his early career he held positions at Royal Melbourne, Royal Darwin and Royal London Hospitals developing a broad knowledge base and appreciation of collaborative teamwork. Outside the hospital setting Andrew maintained a passion for musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and sports medicine which lead him to South Melbourne Physio.

Rakesh has over 19 years of Physiotherapy experience after University of Otago in 2001.
Rakesh has furthered his studies in Australia and China, takes a holistic approach in the treatment and management of his clients.
