Initial 150 minutes:

  • Fitting of 2 bikes
  • Position optimisation for enhanced cycling experience
  • Recommended for comfort & performance
  • Thorough body screening; including flexibility, strength and postural assessment
  • Assessment & treatment for current injuries
  • Detailed report provided, incl. exercise advice

Initial 120 minutes:

  • Position optimisation for enhanced cycling experience
  • Recommended for comfort & performance
  • Body screening; incl. flexibility, strength & postural assessment
  • Assessment & treatment for current injuries
  • Detailed report provided, incl. exercise advice
  • Previously fitted by another bike fitter

Initial 60 minutes:

  • Where no physical screening or injury management is required
  • A new bike fit, where previously fitted, on another bike at SMP
  • Comprehensive optimisation of bike fit position
  • Summary report provided

Follow up

90 minutes:

  • Position optimisation for enhanced cycling experience
  • Includes thorough body screening; incl. flexibility, strength and postural assessment
  • Includes bike related exercise advice
  • Assessment and treatment for current issues/injuries related to cycling
  • Detailed report provided, including pre/post fit pictures

60 minutes:

  • your review bike fit, plus
  • physio appointment/ treatment
  • refit/ check up of bike, where previously fitted @ SMP

40 minutes:

  • Finalising a fit after additional parts, or modifications specified have been made (following an initial bike fit @ SMP)
  • Physio treatment and injury management have been recommended by your bike fitter
