Back Pain and Injury

All physiotherapists at SMPC are experienced in assessing and treating back pain or injuries. Back pain is extremely common and is also very likely to reoccur without proper exercise/treatment. Book and appointment with an SMPC physio to get a personalised treatment plan to give yourself the best chance of long term relief from back pain or injury.

Assessment

On your initial consultation with one of the experienced SMPC physiotherapists we will assess your back pain/injury area, posture and history to gain an accurate diagnosis to develop the best personalised treatment path.

Treatment

Based on your back injury/pain diagnosis we provide a range of treatments administered by our experiences physios. The treatments may be some or all of, manual therapy, remedial massage, joint mobilisation, dry needling, manipulation, stretching, posture correction and taping.

Rehabilitation

To minimise the recurrence of your back pain and/or injury and get you back to work or sport we will develop a personalised exercise and fitness plan you can perform at home specific to your back pain/injury.
