Chelsea graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy. Since then, she’s gained valuable experience in private practice, helping people manage a wide range of conditions. While studying, she also worked as a sports trainer for a local footy club, supporting players through acute injury management.
With a background in distance running, Chelsea has always had a strong connection to movement and staying active. She’s passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. She has a particular interest in running-related injuries and has worked with both elite distance runners and recreational athletes. Chelsea also enjoys working with older adults, supporting healthy ageing and helping them maintain their independence.
Outside of the clinic Chelsea loves getting out onto local trails, spending time with friends or going on weekend trips.

Andrew Kantor

Andrew completed his Physiotherapy degree in 1999 at LaTrobe Uni. In his early career he held positions at Royal Melbourne, Royal Darwin and Royal London Hospitals developing a broad knowledge base and appreciation of collaborative teamwork. Outside the hospital setting Andrew maintained a passion for musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and sports medicine which lead him to South Melbourne Physio.

Rakesh has over 19 years of Physiotherapy experience after University of Otago in 2001.
Rakesh has furthered his studies in Australia and China, takes a holistic approach in the treatment and management of his clients.

Emma’s special interests lie in the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries and is a nationally endorsed provider of the Netball Australia’s knee program. She also enjoys treating the wide variety of conditions that ‘walk through the door’.
