Hannah has previously competed to a national level in swimming, triathlon and cycling. As a result, she is particularly interested in injury prevention and management for athletes, both elite and recreational, in these sports.

Hannah is very passionate about helping all clients attain their health goals and likes to take time to understand and properly assess the underlying causes of any health concerns. She will use a mixture of education, rehabilitative exercises including pilates, and manual therapy which may include dry needling, to help achieve these goals.

Very committed to furthering her knowledge and skills, Hannah has completed extensive professional development in the areas of sports, spinal, tendon rehabilitation, clinical pilates, physio bike fit, running gait analysis and strength training as well as managing shoulder injuries.

Outside of work, Hannah has recently returned to bike racing and can be found training hard or drinking piccolos whilst sharing laughs with friends. She also loves taking road trips with her partner to explore the roads lesser known and explore the beauty of Victoria’s many national parks.
