Gemma is a passionate and proactive young physio, excited to assist people in achieving their goals.
Country girl at heart, Gemma graduated from Charles Sturt University in Albury with first class honours following the completion of her dissertation on Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) in female cyclists. Within this project, Gemma uncovered a concerning lack of awareness and knowledge around this condition, to which she is passionate about changing.
Being a competitive cyclist herself, Gemma is experienced in creating a holistic training and recovery regime to ensure athletes reach their full potential.
Off the bike, Gemma enjoys baking, yoga and bouldering.

Andrew Kantor

Andrew completed his Physiotherapy degree in 1999 at LaTrobe Uni. In his early career he held positions at Royal Melbourne, Royal Darwin and Royal London Hospitals developing a broad knowledge base and appreciation of collaborative teamwork. Outside the hospital setting Andrew maintained a passion for musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and sports medicine which lead him to South Melbourne Physio.

Rakesh has over 19 years of Physiotherapy experience after University of Otago in 2001.
Rakesh has furthered his studies in Australia and China, takes a holistic approach in the treatment and management of his clients.

Emma’s special interests lie in the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries and is a nationally endorsed provider of the Netball Australia’s knee program. She also enjoys treating the wide variety of conditions that ‘walk through the door’.
