Following this she has practised in both Melbourne and London as a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor. She has extensive experience across a variety of settings, including hospitals, private practice and sporting clubs.
Jacinta uses a variety of treatment techniques, including both manual and exercise therapy. She has a passion for Clinical Pilates and exercise based rehabilitation for all ages and stages. Whether your goal is return to sport, pre/post natal care, reducing pain or simply improving your balance and core stability, Jacinta will tailor a programme unique to you.
Further study has grown Jacinta’s special interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, including management of pregnancy related pain, post-natal recovery and return to exercise. She strives to provide a holistic approach to health and empower people to achieve their full potential. Jacinta’s personal health journey and passion for holistic care inspired her to complete a Certificate in Naturopathy, assisting her to treat the whole person and not just the ‘problem’.
Being a country girl Jacinta loves all things travel and outdoors. She is passionate about leading an active lifestyle and recently completed the Oxfam 100km Trailwalker! On the weekends you’ll find her chasing the best coffee in Melbourne and growing her indoor plant collection.
