Ben Lin

Ben graduated from Otago Uni (NZ) in 2011 and is a trained physiotherapist with expertise in running/gait analysis, spinal rehabilitation, and gym-based strength and conditioning.

Throughout his career Ben has been involved with high level Christchurch-based rugby union clubs as well as State Cricket teams. His gym-based programs have stemmed from these models and have been catered to suit any level.

Ben has vast experience in the management of acute and post-operative clients. He is also a trained McKenzie (MDT) practitioner and enforces this effective approach to back injuries.

Ben enjoys spending his spare time playing badminton, rock climbing and training Brazilian jiu jitsu. He has also recently become a member of the Melbourne Flames Dragon Boating Club and currently training to be in the Australian Auroras.
